We already talked about creating a keyword map to determine what to put into your titles, headings and image alt text. When it comes to the actual content of each page, just make sure you get your keywords and similar or related language into the text a few times and you should be OK.
Don’t worry about “keyword density.” Don’t stuff your content with keywords – it will be too obvious and won’t help you rank better.
In fact, I recommend you write each page without actually trying to insert any of your keywords phrases. Just write naturally about the subject of the page and your keywords should naturally appear in the content. Write to convert visitors into customers.
When you’re satisfied that your content conveys the right message, then go back, do a once-over and make sure your targeted keyword phrases for that page are present. If not, add them in a natural way so the text still reads like English (or whatever language you intended to write) and is appealing to readers. If you can’t do that, than maybe you need to rethink what keywords that page should target or what content is appropriate for that page.
